2019 was the year of label experimentation, collaborations and a continued Journeyman-Esque growth curve in the career of Rolo Green.

In 2020, team Rolo is going back to basics and what better way to do this than to kick off the new year with a release on Rolo's very own Greenstone label. Almost 12 months ago to the day, we saw the release of Yule which has become both the top-selling track from Greenstone and Rolo's top-selling single of 2019.

Hoping to re-create some of this magic in 2020, we see the release of Kuat, a progressive trance roller, drawing inspiration from both the 90's influence of Holden and his rolling pianos and the 00's influence of early Pryda. Kuat is filled with atmospheric pads, Moog brass and soaring leads, all underpinned by a driving groove bass and industrial styled loops and percussion.

2020 is the year of Greenstone recordings and the return to the kind of music that saw Rolo come to prominence some 4 years ago, we hope you're ready for the journey.
